4worldlovers: Elena Marquardt has been working as a Pilates trainer since 2003 and offers you training forms tailored to your individual needs, which you can enjoy in an exclusive and pleasant atmosphere.

The core of the exercises is the central stability of the 'Powerhouse', as Pilates calls the internal muscle groups around the backbone. All movements are slowly controlled.

Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes. The apparatus can be used to provide support for beginners and people with certain medical conditions, as well as resistance for people looking to challenge their body. If you have any health concerns, such as a health condition or an injury, seek advice from your GP or a health professional before starting any exercise programme.


Pilates can do a lot of things once you understand the foundation of the movement. The most basic results people get from Pilates is strength and flexibility. Located in the heart of Frankfurt, our Community is build from locals for locals, their friends, visitors, travelers & internationals.

Never heard of Reformer Pilates before? No Problem, our lovely certified instructors will introduce you to the specific functions of our reformer machines in our beginner classes.

PILATES INFUSED offers a modern approach to a timeless technique in our intimate studio with 7 exclusive Reformers, "Allegro 2" by Balanced Body.

You will be doing classic Pilates exercises based on Joseph Pilates, infused with high intensity training & athletic movements.

Expect to feel the burn in a variety of intense 50 minute workouts combined with upbeat music and good vibes.

SCULPT & DEFINE the whole body, LIFT the booty, STRENGTHEN the core and TONE beautiful legs & arms.

Even if classes are sold out, please check again 24h prior to see if spots have opened up!

As a NEWBIE to our Studio you must visit one of our BEGINNER REFORMER Classes first, before being able to book all other classes.

If classes are sold out you can put yourself on the waiting list via the Eversports App. In case someone cancels, you will be notified & will then get the chance to book the open spot.

Always make sure you cancel 24 hours prior to your workout via the Eversports App, to avoid losing your class credit. If you miss the 24h cancellation period, please still cancel your spot, otherwise you could be blocked from booking classes in future.

We ask you to come to the studio already in workout gear. We do not have any changing rooms available.

Grippy Socks are REQUIRED for all reformer classes. You can purchase them directly in the studio, or bring your own.

There are no glass bottles, jackets & large bags allowed inside the Pilates room, lockers are provided for you.

Please take off your shoes before entering the Pilates room & use the provided shoe rack.

Please let your Instructor know about any injuries & pregnancy prior to class.

POST NATAL - to get your AFTER BABY GLOW on, come & join our POST NATAL Program. A fixed 6-Week Program with 12 Sessions, where our certified and experienced instructors will help you heal through movement, reconnect with your pelvic floor, rebuild muscles, restore & strengthen your whole body.

MOMMY GLOW - just completed your Post Natal Class and want to refine your practice & technique on the Reformer but need to bring your baby? Our MOMMY GLOW CLASS is for you!
